ELASTICDEATH #5

Well I know It's been a while since i done a blog I been really busy with my band and work and other stuff... Anyways I have a treat for all you im really excited of this interview i did of one of my favorite power violence band from Brazil. When you think of Brazil you think of Infect,RDP,I shot Cyrus and Discarga. but i don't think alot of people heard of Elasticdeath no not Scholastic deth with M.ward. It's a mix sound like Spazz meets Hoy Pinoy from the states. well here is the interview i did of the guys from Brazil.

Who is in ElasticDeath??? What is the story behind Elasticdeth and how did it get started????? How did you guys think of the name Elasticdeath???
ELASTICDEATH is me, Caio, bass/vocals, Robson, guitars/vocals and Rafael, drums.
The band started in 2008, I used to play with Robson in a skatepunk band called Your Last Choice, one day he asked me to join his new project, a powerviolence band, inspired by Infest, Spazz, Crossed Out and stuff. In the firt line-up the drummer was Nicolas, but he left the band in 2010. The band was themed by japanese pop culture, like tv shows, anime, things we saw growing up, kung fu movies, but we still wanted to talk about situations that bothered us, like enviromental and social problems.
The name started as a joke, we used to play with band names, ELASTICDEATH came out of joking with Scholastic Deth, that we love.
How did you guys get the inspiring of doing Japaness charters with the name???                                You guys did a split with Wheelchair x4 its an awesum record and vinyl how was the vinyl in the works????
We grew up watching japanese tv shows and animes, and we still like this shows, so it was kinda natural to write about it, for fun.
Axel from TVG Records, from Germany, invited us to record the split, and it was great, because it`s not easy here in Brazil to have something on vinyl. We recorded the songs here, sent them to Axel and in a time it waas in our hands, it was awesome.
